As a Broker Associate with Berkshire Hathaway California Properties, I specialize in North County Coastal properties, with an emphasis on Del Mar's Beach Colony and Village properties. Having lived in Del Mar since 1976, it's been a great privilege selling the lifestyle and the fabulous homes that this vibrant community has to offer. I attended all the local schools…Del Mar Shores Elementary, Earl Warren Middle and Torrey Pines High School…and I then obtained my undergraduate degree from Revelle College at UCSD. Shortly thereafter, I had the excellent good fortune of being offered the opportunity to apprentice with one of Del Mar's Real Estate legends, Adele Charnholm. I quickly knew that Real Estate was meant for me.
My exceptional interpersonal skills have enabled me to effectively negotiate with my colleagues on behalf of my clients, with my focus always being on what's best for my client. As a result, I have developed countless meaningful and valuable working relationships and friendships over the years. I also pride myself on staying current with 'all things real estate,' and I'm able to provide my clients accurate information so that they can make informed decisions on what is likely to be their greatest financial investment. I pick up skills quickly, apply them successfully, and take pride in focusing on the details. My emphasis is on quality, not quantity. I am an efficient communicator, speaking three languages fluently, and I'm able to inspire confidence in my clients.
When not immersed in Real Estate, I enjoy spending time with my 3 children and 3 dogs, partaking in the many amazing activities that San Diego County has to offer. Cars being my other passion, I enjoy regular back-country driving tours with the PCA.
