I have over 30 years of experience in many aspects of real estate in my career with a special emphasis on California coastal luxury and difficult to sell types of properties. Having owned and operated in Southern California a successful real estate brokerage, owned and operated residential and commercial properties, I have also used Internal Revenue code 1031 tax deferred exchanges for my own and my client's portfolios.
