Raised by a mother who was a top producing real estate broker in New York, Andrew is a naturally skilled negotiator with an inherent knowledge of marketing and property valuation. This gave him an astute insight into the art of the deal, along with the recognition that the most effective business plan is to simply build a large base of satisfied clients.
During his childhood, Andrew capitalized on every conceivable opportunity to work with his father, a General Contractor who builds luxury homes in the Hampton's, Manhattan and Westchester areas. He credits the experience for giving him a thorough knowledge of building materials and construction practices, as well as a talent for managing timelines and negotiating with subcontractors.
A graduate of Indiana University, Andrew moved to Los Angeles to fulfill his long-term goal of becoming a Realtor. He loves the emotional rewards that come from making a positive impact on the lives of his clients and is honored to have joined one of the nation's top producing teams, St. James + Canter, of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices in Beverly Hills.
