I have been a Licensed Realtor® with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices CA Properties since
2003. Over the years, it has been my pleasure to help many Southern Californians buy and sell
homes in the San Fernando Valley as well as surrounding communities and cities. I have called
the Valley home most of my adult life and have been an active community participant.
To fulfill my clients' real estate needs, I have earned the following designations: Luxury Property
Specialist, Certified Trust and Probate Specialist and Relocation Specialist. I have been honored
several times with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Chairman's Circle Gold Awards,
representing the top 2% of Berkshire Hathaway Agents nationwide, and I am thrilled to count
myself among the Top 100 Berkshire Agents for Production and Transactions. My annual total
sales average $15-30 million annually.
My artistic sensibilities started years before I became a Realtor®. I have a Bachelor of Fine Arts
in Theater from the University of Miami, attended Cal State University at Northridge, and
graduated from the American Academy of Dramatic Arts. I love, spending time with my growing
family, and enjoying my hobbies and activities ("Cardio Drenched" class, tap dancing, and golf).
I put my heart and soul into everything I do.
As a Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Charitable Foundation board member, I have been
involved with many local projects, including supporting the unhoused, public schools and
medical centers, animal shelters, and guide dogs. The foundation has allowed me to immerse
myself in a wide range of neighborhoods and communities, giving me a finger on the pulse of
the Valley. Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Charitable Foundation has raised and donated
over $5 million since its inception. I am extraordinarily proud to be a part of something that
helps to improve others' lives.
