A San Diego native, Julie is no stranger to America's Finest City's unique culture. The daughter of a general contractor and a real estate agent, she learned about the real estate market from a young age. Growing up she always had a passion for the arts, and would spend her free time singing and writing music on the piano. This eventually led her to attend Cal State San Marcos where she received a BA in the Visual and Performing Arts with an emphasis in Theatre. Here is where she honed in on her skills of mixing creativity with practicality when she wrote and produced her own musical called Beautiful Killers.
Julie's love for art and creativity allows her to serve her clients with a unique experience. Her theatre background gives her the communication skills necessary for the art of the deal. A firm believer that empathy is the key to any transaction, she takes the time to not only understand what a client wants, but why it's important to them. In a day and age where technology is becoming more prevalent in the real estate industry, Julie understands the necessity of a social media presence and works hard to ensure her clients get a wide range of marketing.
Working in real estate allows Julie to pursue her other passion in music and theatre. She has performed throughout San Diego, including The San Diego Zoo, Legoland, The Dinner Detective and various musicals. In her spare time she enjoys hiking, singing with All Hallows Catholic Church, writing music and screenplays, and teaching music to kids. She enjoys giving back to the community by feeding the homeless with Urban Angels and spending time with her Little Sister she met through Big Brothers Big Sisters.
