Originally from the Bay Area, Rachel moved to Santa Barbara in 2000 and got her B.A. from UCSB in the History of Art and Architecture. After a long career in sales and marketing for both global brands and local businesses, she ventured into the real estate industry in 2014 and earned the Rookie of the Year award in her first year. Rachel's skills in contract negotiation, flawless communication, and creative problem solving ability are just a few of the attributes that set her apart. She takes pride in her knowledge of the local market and also providing a seamless process for buyers, whether they are savvy investors or buying their first home. Her strong work ethic, attention to detail, and loyalty to her clients is evident in every transaction.
In her free time, Rachel enjoys spending time with her family and her 2 dogs, hiking,sampling all the new local restaurants, and attending all the local festivities, from Fiesta to Solstice to the Holiday Boat Parade. An avid volunteer, she is also on the Executive Committee for the Young Leaders Society with the United Way.
