A Southern California native and Laguna Beach resident, Tracy Lineback is best described as personable, trustworthy and loyal, Tracy combines her local expertise to serve her clients well. Her background has enhanced her innate capacity to assist a buyer in visualizing a property's full potential, as well as preparing a property for sale to attain the highest possible value. Her top priority is to always meet each client's goals.
Tracy learned early on that service is a commitment, and lasts long after the sale. She quickly came to understand that if you're loyal and committed to your client's best interests, not only are you rare, but also holding strongly to those values often results in future business. Tracy also hold her Senior Real Estate specialist designation and works also with the 55yr+ community.
Prior to pursuing her passion for real estate and making the transition to home sales as a REALTOR for south Orange County, she spent 30 years in the apparel industry in sales and merchandising. She earned her bachelor of fine arts degree from Loyola Marymount University with an emphasis on advertising and communications.
Tracy has long been committed to giving back to the community where she lives with her family. She is a supporter of LifeLong Laguna, FROCS( Friends of Cathryn Pediatric Cancer Awareness) and the LRE/CAF (Laguna Beach Real Estate/Charitable Assistance Fund.) She also supports Laguna Beach School Power and UCLA Women's Water Polo and USA Waterpolo, as well as donating a percentage of her commissions to the Charitable Foundation a non profit of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices California Properties agents and staff.
